Wiltshire Accountants Clear Vision launch 'Finance for the Non-Financial' training sessions
Clear Vision have launched a new service to clients, contacts and business owners and managers...
'Finance for the Non-Finance' training service brings together a group of Clear Vision's friendly accountancy specialists, tax advisers and banking experts to break down the key financial aspects, bust all the jargon and answer all the questions which non-financial people are afraid to ask.
The course is aimed at employees, managers and directors who have 'found themselves' dealing with financial tasks and systems as Clear Vision's Managing Director Rob Walsh explains:
"In smaller businesses where job roles and lines of responsibility are less distinct, it is common for employees, managers and directors to become involved in the financial management of a business by default rather than by design. Without formal, structured training it is understandably difficult to fully appreciate the financial terms, jargon and legalities which they are now party to. Finance can seem like an elaborate minefield and it's very difficult for these people to step off the daily treadmill of running their businesses to get the vital training they need. Our 'Financial for the Non-Financial' course is designed specifically to help these people."
Each session is tailored to the specific needs and situation of each attendee. But certain fundamentals are commonly included, such as how to understand Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts. Also how to get your head around budgeting and cashflow and the dreaded world of Tax!
