At the Clear Vision Team Fun session, your consultant will begin by working with you, followed by a 1 -2 hour session with your team.
Your consultant will work with you to:
- Examine the key components of motivation and de-motivation
- Review your appraisal process and how it incorporates the components of motivation
- Discuss how a team values / code of conduct can be created
- Review your team communication systems and make recommendations to improve them
- Recommend ways to reward and motivate your team
- Agree the agenda for the team session
Your consultant will work with you during your team session to:
- Introduce the ideas and thinking from their session with you to your team
- Show a DVD to your team which illustrates how one business make the serious business of business fun
- Lead a brainstorm session on how additional fun elements could be brought into the business and what the team members consider to be fun
- Encourage the team to agree actions points and who will take the action
You will leave the session with:
- A team which is committed to having fun as they work and has action points to inject fun into your workplace in a manner which you are happy with
- Team members which have collectively agreed the values and ethics they will live by at work
- A team which feels valued and increasingly connected to one another and the business
