Clear Vision Consultancy Session: How to Keep Your Team Accountable

You want to keep your team working as efficiently and harmoniously as possible.

But as a small busy business, it’s hard to find the time to take stock of your working systems and how your team are performing.

The Clear Vision Accountability Session gives you the chance to keep your team accountable to their roles while spending the least amount of your own time as possible on the process:

During the session:

  • You will meet with a skilled consultant to agree the reviews for your key team members
  • You will create a tailor-made review process which incorporates a review of their job descriptions, planning and time management, resourcing issues and current challenges
  • You will review the personality profiles for each key team member and discuss them in connection with the dynamics of the group in which they work
  • The consultant will then meet individually with your employees to carry out the agreed reviews
  • The consultant will report back to you on the actions, issues and targets discussed following the reviews.
