Managing Director

Rob Walsh

Rob spent 18 years at a regional accountancy practice. During this time he qualified as a chartered accountant (1990), gained a wealth of experience in industry and climbed the ladder to become Partner of the firm. In 2004 he realised his dream of creating a new-style accountancy practice by forming Clear Vision. He is passionate about working with business owners to define and achieve their personal goals and vision, through the development of their businesses. When he’s not working, he can be found watching rugby, keeping fit on his rowing machine and generally being a kid...

Accounts/Audit/Outsourcing

Matthew Rogers

Matthew was attracted to Clear Vision's laid back culture and the chance to have some fun every now and again while addressing the serious work. He joined us as Senior Client Account Manager at the start of 2009, having abandoned the hope of becoming a professional footballer years earlier when he realised he couldn't run fast enough! Sport still figures large in Matthew's life, along with his black labrador Solo who he enjoys taking for walks in the countryside.

Carol Hutt

Carol is a long standing member of Rob’s team, joining him in 1989. She specialises in accounts, management accounts and is also one of our SAGE software experts. Carol is an informal wine ‘connoisseur’ and can normally be identified by the glass of Chardonnay in her hand!

Sally Hayes

Sally joined the team in 1998 as Accounts Trainee. Since this time she has studied to become a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and qualified as an Accountant in 2003. She oversees audits for the firm and also manages her own large portfolio of clients. She is mother to Jake and Ellie and is also devoted to her two Jack Russells.

James Shadwell

James wanted to be a policeman when he was young but got lost on the way to the police station – apparently he was sidetracked by accountancy! Besides ably dealing with accounts and VAT projects, he solves our day to day IT issues and can often be found under a desk! He thoroughly enjoys watching football and is also a film addict.

Sara Maxfield

If you enjoy speaking Italian-then Sara is your woman because she does too! When she’s not practising lingua italiana she enjoys playing golf and is also a mean bargain-hunter… Having spent time raising her young family, Sara joined Clear Vision’s accounts team in 2007 and is enjoying the renewed challenge of getting back into her career. We think she’s doing just fine!!

Lucy Chappell

Lucy describes her new workmates as 'friendly, fun and hard-working'. She is a qualified accountant and enjoys the atmosphere amongst the team as we all work hard to add value for our clients. In her spare time, Lucy is often on the move - running, swimming or doing pilates.

Finance

Sue Walsh

Sue Walsh is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She is Clear Vision’s Finance Controller. She is a specialist in management accounts and also acts as outsourced FC for clients when time allows. She enjoys running and spending time with her family. Sue married Rob in 2004 and they share two lovely daughters, Amy and Chloe.

Tax

Diane Aldridge

Out of the office, Diane is impressively active! She can be found keeping fit by running, swimming and cycling but also taking part in seasonal sports such as netball and skiing.The decoration of her house is an ongoing project and Diane enjoys making curtains to complement her husband’s home improvements. Diane and Rachel work closely as a team to provide the proactive tax service which our clients have come to expect.

Rachel Brotheridge

As a girl, Rachel was very musical and there was a possibility of her attending music school. She could have been a world-class pianist but nowadays is more Les Dawson! She has extensive experience of the world of tax and an exceptional track record over 12 years in the industry. Rachel qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2000.

Payroll

Maggie Elms

We were delighted to welcome Maggie to the team in July 2005. Maggie is our payroll expert and has a wealth of experience in payroll processing and administration. When she is not skillfully and efficiently managing the Clear Vision Payroll Bureau, she enjoys watching her son and daughter play rugby, and entertaining at home - barbeques a speciality!!

Marketing/Consultancy

Dee Gerrish

Dee is our resident Marketing and PR specialist and claims to be able to get any type of business into the press! Besides promoting Clear Vision to the outside world, she helps our clients formulate and roll out their marketing strategies. Another area of her consultancy expertise is systemisation. Dee is a ‘retired’ fitness class teacher, these days preferring to concentrate on keeping herself fit by playing tennis, working out in the gym and running. She is currently extending her linguistic skills by learning Spanish.

Reception / Administration

Jo Lewendon

Jo served in the Women's Royal Army Corps for four years in an administrative role and continued to update these qualifications when she left the army. This is what makes her such an asset as our receptionist and administrator. She joined Clear Vision in January 2010, having relocated to Wiltshire with her family following time spent living in Germany and Cyprus. As well as enjoying anything art based, Jo is a keen motorcyclist and owns a Yamaha Dragstar.
