A follow-up on dealing with uncertainty
19th May 2020
I do hope you and your family continue to be safe and well as lockdown conditions are being eased a little.
My recent blog shared my thoughts on dealing with the uncertainty we now face. Thanks to those of you who have told me that the points I shared were helpful.
I’d love to hear how you are doing and the approaches, resources and tools that may be helping you personally or for your business, so I can share these details with others as well. So please do call me on 01249 712074 or email email@example.com with this information.
I continue to benefit from building some me-time in my diary each day.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year is kindness. I strongly encourage you to be kind to yourself and enjoy some time for you for at least 15 minutes each day. There is always something else to do and it can be never-ending and that’s why you need to make a decision to prioritise it.
Our Lockdown Family Resource Centre includes a number of links to tools and resources to support your mental health, including a new Government-funded support service for businesses. Do make use of these if they can help you or share the links with others in need of support.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Meanwhile, I send best wishes from everyone at Clear Vision, and do stay safe and well.
