An Update for Our Clients

What has changed?

The new GDPR legislation brought with it the need for a change in the way we share sensitive documents and personal information with you.

As a result we no longer send any documents containing personal data via email. This includes items such as accounts, tax returns and payroll information.

Clear Vision’s Secure Document Exchange

Instead we share documents via our secure ‘Virtual Cabinet’ online portal. Many of our clients have already been using this software and we are working hard to ensure everyone gets to grips with this method of document exchange.

We are also using encrypted emails that require password entry for the exchange of your payroll information when requested.

These changes have been implemented in line with our increased obligations to safeguard your personal data, something we take very seriously.

We are doing all we can to make this change in working systems as smooth as possible for you and are very grateful for your co-operation and understanding of the security benefits it brings.

Sharing Documents with Clear Vision

The GDPR legislation provides you will further security and control of your personal data.

You are free to send information to us by whatever method you wish to use. Be aware however, that as an employer you have responsibility to protect personal data, including that of your employees, as we do.

We would therefore strongly recommend that you use our online portal to upload documents to us as well. If you need further instruction on how to do this, please let us know.
